Tv and coffee table none certifying

We bougth a Tv and coffee table in Alberton on 11/08/25 today the tv is not working.It just stopped on the 9th of November 2025.The coffee table is losing the colour quickly. We called that branch but we received no help.Today it is day 4 no one has helped us.We want a new tv not for them to fix the three months old tv because we pay the insurance. No help so far.can anyone help us.
