I'm very disappointed! I had a complain about my account and I received a call from the REGIONAL ACCOUNTS MANAGER Ms GLADYS LETLOKWA who told me that she doesn't have any answers to my question when I asked how is it possible that my opening balance was R18 616 and since August 2024 until this month I paid R13 200 but my balance is R14 000 she couldn't answer me
