Threatening with ******** charges

On Saturday, 19th of March 2016, my sister and father received a call from a certain Mr Prinsloo, who identified himself to me later as the regional manager for Best Electric. During both conversations he threatened that he would be laying a ******** charge against me for the removal of goods *******ly. On speaking to Mr Prinsloo I was again threatened with ******** charges if I did not make a payment the same day. I explained my situation and that I could only make payment on Thursday, he refused to accept it. He then went on to show up outside my previous residence this morning (Sunday) and continued with his threats to my mother in law. I then sent him a letter confirming and placing on record what our discussions were about and he blocked me after advising he was continuing with charges and if the police found me I would be locked up. I am not leaving this here. I will approach the National Credit Regulator and Debt Collectors Council for legal redress for the abuse of my rights.
