they delivered wrong goods 3times , fourth time they gave me a damaged fridge

I contacted the branch telling them ive received a damaged fridge, they told me it was a demo, i asked them to come and take the fridge they didnt. I asked to be refferred to the regional they refused. I went to the store 2014 fortunately the Regional was there, HE authorised i should be given a new fridge , nothing was done, i stopped paying so that they could take a fridge because it was not working probally, nobody came. I went to the store paid off the fridge R13,069,49 thinking i would be helped , I was assisted by Dumisani when i opened the account but no help. This store changes managers often they deliver non working goods to customers, when I complained they always sweared at me. Now ive got a non working fridge wich i paid off .
