They can't refund, poor customer care

On Monday i went to Kempton Branch to buy a TV, we used my wife's name as she is the one with a valid TV licence, at first they told me it was brand new bit when i examine it i found that its not. They changed and say it was returned by a customer thats why it was cheap, which i disnt have a problem with it, when i got home i removed the plastic which it was wrapped with and i was not happy with it and i returned it to the shop the next day, theybtokd me that i will only get money on Wednesday as they didnt have in the store, on Wednesday they called again to say i will get it Thursday, on Thursday they called again to say i will get iy on Friday, i was angry coz i wanted to use it but decided to give them a chance, ftidat came they told me to come fetch the money, when i got there a lady called Makhadzi treated me so bad, she told me that the money was short and there was nothing that they could do, that lady is very tude she fies not know how to treat customers. I left the shop without getting my refund, the lady does not even care that i spent my petrol from Tembisa to Kempton park, i want my money and i want yhe lady to be desciplined, she is not fit to hold the position that she is holding, she is very rude, i want my money back
