The worst admin ever...

I app**** to buy a bed, this is the end of week two; still waiting for the bed. I'm being told about an interview for finalization of deal. Instead of them making the call I've had to call and enquire every two days. Whenever they call, all they ask is that if the bed has been delivered like I'm supposed to know - those are the only calls I am receiving.
