The store in Queenstown is not showing professionalism and care they just told me to call my store which I bought the suite in which is Eesteriver store they don't have someone to assemble

I bought a dining table 2 weeks ago nd till today its not delivered they say they don't have someone to assemble it, B4 that I had bought the dining table in kuilsriver to be delivered by Queenstown store in my village they gave me problems of which I noticed that there was an issue that I bought it in Capetown not in their store and ended up canceling the sale now again its about assembling because I bought the dining suit again in Eesteriver Capetown they are giving me an attitude that they have nothing they can do and I am far in Capetown because I work here can I please get help I don't wanna cancel again czz we need the dining suite
