The baddest service that I have ever seen

The most mase**** of service that I have ever experienced in my life stupid incompetin people that can't do there work I have made a payment through my wife's account coz I was in jhb working paid via EFT my account link everything there so if you make a payment they can see its for that particular account I phone in confirm by asking did you receive payment yes we did plz check yes we did a week later I received calls sms stating sir your dam account is in arears jor I was so jas mase**** upset for calling a week 2weeks still ***** they as head office no 1 can do I every single person to see this they just **** up stupid really such a big company you must be ashamed plz people never open an account there dnt even buy there rather go to hifi Corp I have phone several times I have used almost 70rand of airtime by holding on and wait for someone to help Via customer care just incompetin ****ing people just really really poor they dnt ****ing care what so ever plz people never ever take anything or a account
