Terrible quality

Took a tv under credit on the 1st of August than after 13 days tv was not displaying pictures informed the head office it took them a week to come and fetch the tv it been a full 30 days without it and am expected to pay for it.. and when i do a follow up I've been told to wait for a feed back from their suppliers that means I must wait for another month while am paying 😡😡 kindly sort this out or remove this tv under my credit cause vele it didn't even last 14 days working
