Talking advantage of old people

I'm not happy about their service because my grandma brought a fridge last year January and she has been paying.. she has been paying more and they ain't writing the amount of money she pays .. they only write the monthly payments and people working from the shop have been calling her to pay money on a account she doesn't know .. please help get justice for my grandma ..
