steeling from customers

<p>Laast week my grandmother went to Standerton to finish my account,she went to the store and there she swaps here card 2 times it was declined then she went to the bank and get chase money and back and pay them full. Thursday I took of from work and went with her we went to the bank and got a bank statement then we went to the store and show them that those 2 declines did went through,they agree that they own us money,but the money is not showing on there account,then we agree that they wil came get my grandmother on Friday and pay back our money,vryday we heard nothing from them ,I phone the manager in the afternoon then she say they found the money and wil came get here on Saturday they never came ,today I phone them as to speak to the manager she is not there ,we stay on a farm and are far from town and can't go and do there jobs fore them,or just fore them, we lost a lot an bank charges,intrest and we still have people who also are waiting fore there money,we are very angry and unhappy I never want to do there business again . There service are one of the worst I ever seen.please people don't do business there or swap your card there .we still don't have our money and really don't know but this is really bad business thanks and please some one help us </p>
