<p>I recently logged a complaint about a product not being delivered as per the agreement and Sindra from Lewis head office customer care assisted me with my refund , I was paid back my money including all the costs I paid for initially and I'm very happy , thank you for getting back to me and sorting out the issue on time , I'm definately buying something else in the future , thanks again.</p>
