Refund from Kempton Park Best Electric

I bought a stove in November, and decided not to take it, since then I'm struggling to get my refund since November, every week I'm told a told a story. That's Best Electric in Kempton Park. I called the manager the other day and she told I see there's credit in the system, let me call the head office or whatever office that is ,to date I haven't received my money and I paid cash. The other time I was told the manager says I can't get cash from the store because it's a lot of money, yet I paid it. I'm so irritated 😤
