Really a bad choice buying at best electrical for R20000

Hi I bought a 55 inch aiwa smartTV at best home and electric I payed R20000 for this TV and this TV have been giving me problems ever since I have been complaining about it but no one is taking me serious....I bought it at Lenz Top shops......I want a TV that's going to have value for my money that I payed my number is ***
