POPIA BROKEN

Can Someone please Help me... This Company broke POPIA act and now when I am trying to get proof from the store or information they always busy or management don't correspond... I've been Contacting headoffice also (LEWIS GROUP) and they send me a letter that my complaint isn't valid. I can mention all names and messages to the second in command manager. I can also send information about the driver, and RC who initiated the whole thing that lead to breaking POPIA... now they just threatening me but not acting on their negligence. Anyone who can assist please help. I have a complaint ref also and said if I have any further issues or information or whatever I must contact NCR or the INFORMATION REGULATOR. FUNNY how they could not pick up any case number or information. So please. Anyone with help. How do they send people to your next of kin without asking for permission? Or if you been incontact with the store all along. And now they just out of the water.
