Poor Service on an Unprofessional level

I app**** for Credit with best home electric shop no. 13 lepelle crossing Lebowagomo store, went to the store on Tuesday 16 September 2025 signed the contract and debit was confirm upon delivery I forgot the contract including my ID at the store it was only the bed that was delivered and I was promised the sound system was going to be delivered the following day till today am still waiting for the sound system😡 since the credit was approved am no longer getting calls from am the one running up and down wanting to get the sound system including my documents😡
