Poor service and incompetence at best electric/ best home electric

I hate service from best home electric, I paid my loan for 3 months and they still debited for the fourth month even though my contract with them has been finished a month ago but now when I claim my money back of R3052 they telling me how I must wait for 48 hours for them to call me back…who’s fault is that they did not update their system,now my daughter must be expelled from school due to in competency of Best home electric? Their service is so poor and they do not care about customer ,all they care about is their crawl doings and taking money from who those needs the most
