Poor Service and bad customer experience

Can you believe? My wife signed a gire purchase agreement with them and on the third month they deduct the moneys on the third week. The agreement was for last Friday or month end. When i called them the lady at the store told me that they can't do anything on their side which makes them pathetic. That is daylight *******. I will never recommend them. They also treat you as *****s. We have never skipped an sintallment and this is what they do.
