Poor service

I have previously got credit for R16000.00 which i have only purchased a bedroom suite. On requesting to do another purchase with the credit i still have, i was told that i have to re apply. I'm extremely disappointed with the Potchefstroom branch as nobody ever returns my calls or assist me in this matter. The head office are not from much help too. I will most definitely NOT recommend anybody to purchase anything as the service from the sales lady to the manager is extremely poor.

I have been struggling for 2 months to no avail. Why did the company give me credit then with no notification i am not allowed to use my credit. This is against my constitutional rights.
