Poor service

Hello Peter I'm having a problem with best home electric sebokeng I went to their store to apply for a credit and I qualified I wanted a tv I couldn't get it because I owe tv licence and I told them to cancel everything month end September they debited I went to the store only to find out I payed for someone I don't know I've been going to the store since 01/10/2020 they've been giving me run arounds it's a different story everyday the money they debited it's R880 I don't know what to do
