Thank you again for assisting me with the issue of the best electric shop, they have refunded me all the money's owed but now the issue i went to beares store since they told me that I have a credit and I can take any item on the shop and when they look at my credit profile it still shows that I took items at best electric Mabopane station and I have more that 5 months not paying then and my credit record is affected negatively.

I cold the lady at the shop by the name of Rose and she told me that it's not their department and they have refunded me all my monies and it's my duties to resolve it. My ID number is *** and cell number ***. Rose number is ***. Please assist my bad credit score is affected negatively. Shop Branch Number 557, 9 Months in arrears, Balance R17473 and monthly installment is R1134.00.
