Poor Service

I signed a contract with best electric Mabopane Central City and because they didn't have what i bought on stock after they have promised to deliver the same day, i phoned the lady to cancel the contract and she said that the contract has been cancelled and to my surprise they have deducted the money on my account and i want them to pay back my money. no item delivery made but they have deducted money on my account.
