Poor service

My mother had a bad experience with this company, she is a pensioner she bought a washing machine on credit, they delivered the goods but they where not in a box they where wrapped in a transparent plastic they promised to deliver a new washing machine new from the box the following week as they where out of stock, four weeks later they have not delivered anything, they took advantage of her and manipulated her because she is old now suddenly they want payments but there is no content between her and the store the only thing that she signed was the delivery not. She bought the good from best home and electric palm springs Orange Farm, the service is not good at all
