PLEASE PLEASE HELP

Good morning im Mnr Jaco Huyser i have a acount with best electric nelsprui***** a year now i opend my acouunt. all whent so good when we buy from them we where the BEST klients ever. on the 11 of july 2018 my house was braeking into and they stole everyting. we whent to open the case and do go to best electric with all the pappers and form that we need give it all in. after 4 5 month with NO CONTACKT FROM THE STORE with eny news about our goods. after 5 months we go to them again they give us back 2 items from 4 and sayd they do not have stock for the uther 2 good. we lost everyting and still today 7months later never ever one call or enyting we still paying but its 7months and we still have no get our goods and promises that they will find out from headoffes never a call or enyting to inform us about our good. they do not make the good the we buy from them again and do whant to give us goods that we do not whant but we must still pay but do not have our goods. this is the badest ever.how can you sell good that you do not make anymore. now we are paying for goods that they do not have anymore and the custemor sirves is sooo poor cant belief we did buy from them i really gone close this acount.when we ask for the store manager that promis to call me back on the 24 of desember about setteling the 2 goods so this problem can be done with they told me shes dead. im so disapointed in this store will never ever buy from then again. when we ask a head offes number they give us the wrong nummbers. im done with this store really bad bad sirves ???
