Personal collections made by staff

The staff came this morning to make threats about collecting the faniture . They demanded money even after we said we will pay at the shop. Before this incident they gave us a letter stating arrangements should be made or the account owner will be handed to the credit berua , nothing mentioned about repossession. My mom lives in fear because the staff make constant visit and posing threats to take the faniture. This is Daveyton branch
