PATHETIC SERVICE FROM CLIENT LIAISON PERSON IN DUNDEE WITH NO AFTER SALES SERVICE

Shocking and no after sales service whatsoever. Lack of communication from the client liason in the branch. I will NEVER buy from this branch again. The client liaison person not once communicated of what needs to be done. I an ****ed with the service I recieved. I had to log my own call with head office as she was too pathetic to do her job but yet they on their cellphones in the shop. Teach your branch how to deal with clients in a mroe professional manner and giv eproper answers and COMMUNICATE. I want my machine replaced as it was bought on the 21/08/2021 and the spinner isn't working. THere is just no service. Quick to take your money but patheric to render a service to help afterwards. Cellphones are more important then the actual paying customer who needs assistance with no communication or tahter elt me say empty promises. Get educated on hwo to deal with customers in that branch.
