Pathetic service

I bought a new refrigerator at Best home and electric Mabopane square in March, in October the the fridge stopped working, I went to the store to report it they promised to send a technician, a week later an ill mannered technician called and rudely ask where are we, when I said I am not home at the time he said he will come next week and hung up.

My wife called the shop to inform them about the call from the technician they promised to send another technician. Its four weeks now waiting for this people to fix a fridge that I bought only 7 months ago. We had to throw away food that was spoiled whilst waiting to be assisted.

Buying from Best Electric and Home Mabopane Square has left me with so much regrets.
