PATHETIC RETAILER

Very bad and disgusting experience with the branch in Kuilsriver, Aysha the branch manager doesn't even respond to whatsapp messages, blue ticks me. I bought a Washing machine: Kelvinator twin tub, piece of *******; Hisense 50" piece of *******, I could've sworn it is a refurbished model that was sold to me; my lounge suits 1 seater broke, I requested to be collected, sent emails and whatsapp messages, no replay until today. My account is paid in full, but I am left with appliance that does not work properly. Contacted head office as well, very poor customer service indeed......! When the sale was made, I was promised the moon and stars, now for after sales customer service, I am left hanging. I guess you leave me no choice but to take this matter to the small claims court and settle this mess there. Pathetic customer service to say the least!!!!!!!
