One of the worst service ever an poor management

Customer service is not a priority in Bela Bela (warmbaths) the way our claim was handled was so unprofessional and honestly I would say the service was bad than a horror movie. Starting from stuff to the management of this branch, personally I would say don't hire people because they need jobs hire people who are self motivated about the jobs we all have our own issue an we don't bring them to their attention. Since my insurance claim was approved, they've been dragging their feet and tell me that the person who filled our claim is no longer working there I was even given the guy personal cell phone number to call him an ask where did he put our documents .... Don't with that one ..... After wards the stuff will keep on saying we will call you before the end of this week that also happend countless times today after office hours called us to come to the store and gave us a product that wasn't working an told we will bring it tomorrow so they can book it for repairs....

Best home and best electric the worst store ever I wouldn't recommend people to go there rather try other stores for a better quality service, take your money were it is needed not were you will be treated like ******* desposal ....
