Not the quality expected from the Lewis group

Bought furniture from the branch in town centre Mitchells plain, was helped by Berenice, worst experience of my life.... there is a huge sign in store that reads "quality guaranteed but they sold me cheap poor quality goods at high prices. My furniture is literally falling apart and after complaining several times they are refusing to refund my money, or exhange for better quality goods... would seriously have been better off buying goods from china town.... contacted the head office, spoke to Harry the reginal manager and still no resolution, went as far as to approach the ombudsman, these people really think we dont know our consumer rights, please come get this cheap **** and give me my money back
