Not returning my deposit and ID

Hi Peter<br> <br> Last month i was looking to buy a TV and was contacted by an old service provider by the name of Mafa who now works for best home and electric. he asked for my details so as to see if i can be approved for financing and it was approved for R11 000. Since then I received a call almost everyday from this shop including sms and because i was too busy to come to them they decided to send out Mafa to come to me and collect deposit and my ID on the 28th August. Unfortunately the deal did not go through and then i since been asking them to return my ID and deposit.<br> These people have now changed tune and do not want to return my ID, I called the manager Juliet and she said she will get back to me till today. I am worried what they will do with my ID now and its a bit tough for me to go to them as I stay at the other direction of their shop.<br> <br> Please help Peter<br> <br> Thanks
