Not a happy customer

I received a call from Tokozani at best electric in secunda i I did not make a payment due to unforseen circumstances I tried to make arrangements and tell him to deduct the installments twice at the end of the mnth he said to me he cant do that I should make a cash send to him or he can come to my work place to collect the money I mean is that even allowed b4 dropping the phne he told me to make sure I come to the store tomorrow and pay my acc💔😢
