Need assist regarding shop helping with someone else banking details

I just wanna know are consultants allowed to used someone else banking details,when you open account....I got a case when my husband used his banking details for a work colleague...his colleague did resigned and he blocked my husband on all social media platforms...he have no contact with his ex colleague...the shop is unable to assist him...the debits are deducting from my husband bank account...are store allowed to used someone else details...like ********** already going on...the store refused to help my husband what legal proceedings can we do...this was at kuilsriver best home electric...it was 5 months ago...his colleague refuse to pay back the money...the store refuse to assist my husband what can he do
