MISLEADING CLIENTS.PATHETIC SERVICE

My aunt bought a living room couch September 2017 now fed up as I am still waiting on them and u to date no call no couch no replacemebt NOTHING!

After 3 month the fabric start ripping and breaking. She then went in to report and after many calls and wasting her money to go in store to ask when they will come and collect and replace. They fetch only the 1 couch and they have made no contact whatsoever and they still in the possession of her couch. We are now fed up as I am still waiting on them and u to date no call no couch no replacement NOTHING! WE PAID CASH
