Kelvinator Unhappy Customer

Good day My name is Ketlareng Malefane.I bought a Kelvinator 4plate stove sometime in 2020 which I paid in full before the agreed term. My concern is withing a month it was not working and it was exchanged after complaining since they wanted to repair it,so later again on the 4th August 2022 one big plate was not working and I went to them and the came to exchange the plate on the 19th same month which was not a big problem. So now I'm sitting with a stove that is not working AT ALL since the 26th August.On the 29th I went and lodged a complain and I explained clearly to the Dobsonville Store Manager by the name of Ogone that I don't have an alternative stove to use,so I asked if they can attend to my request urgently but now nothing is happening.On the 3rd I went to check if she has booked it but the technicians are not sure on which day they will come🙁 Yesterday I gave her a WhatsAp message and to check on when will they come and fix it and she just rep**** by saying their technicians are not booked for my area so I must wait until they give her the date, then I nicely requested her to give them a call just to ask on the exact day they will come fix the stove and she just ignored my message.Even this morning she just ignored my message. I'm so frustrated,don't know what to do anymore. The only call I get is from their salesperson who want me to buy from them again after the bad service I got from the time I bought this stove.I need Kelvinator to intervene please. Please help.
