I won't shop at them again

Their reception was good when I came to purchase a bed with an extender warranty last year. It's hardly a year and the sagging. I went to the store to lay a complaint and they told me to take photos of the bed and made a video. That was last month up until today they haven't changed my bed and I, m still paying for it. They don't have the after care service for their customers and I, m mad with them. They wanted to change the base and I refused because they should change the mattress as well. In short I, m not a happy customer with Best Home and Electric in Kwamashu. I, m being pushed from one pillar to post my query
