I won't deal after what there service is again with them

I took my PC in for repair on the 10th of August 2021 because of the laptop giving a problem trouble shooting and I bought the laptop last year 2020 August nearly the end of the month and after a year it gave me that problem but best Electric Somerset West service is absolutely tumms down I haven't gotten any calls from them about how far my laptop has been fixed and everytime I gett to there shop or I call them I gett the same reply for more than 5 times they waiting on the warehouse it's been 2 months
