I want the old couch replaced with a new one

I bought Bella 3 piece lounge in December 2019..few month later in 2020 I noticed that 2 seater (left back) started to be become loss and it was leaning towards the back to an extend that if someone leans on it ,it will fall out.I complained and complain until I complained on hello Peter ,that's when I go their attention. They came took the 2 seater to be fix and brought it back and said they had fixed it.

Again just recently the same 2 seater has the same problem that they claimed to had fixed.i went to the branch in Nigel to complain...I also complain on the Lewis Facebook page..the Nigel store manager called me saying they collect the couch on Monday which was the 25th October 2021 they never came..I do not want it fixed anymore I want it replaced with a new one.
