I received a dut appliance

Good Morning. Please kindly assist. I baugt a Microwave Kelvinator 45L KML 45B MWO Item Nr: 306003) at best home and electric Pongola on contract on the 20/10/18. Within the first 7 days the microwave didn't heat up or nothing, I phoned them and best home and electric Pongola came to pick n up for repairs ( I waited almost 3 weeks for my microwave to be brought back to me with every excuse they could think of. Now my microwave is doing the same thing again and I phoned best home and electric 3 weeks ago and they only came back to me on Thursday the 29th with the promise that I will have my microwave Friday or Saturday, I phoned on Friday13:00 I was told there is no answer at the repair shop and the bakkie is out, I phoned on Saturday and was told the repair shop is still not answering and they will come back to me, Wich they never do. I showed the employee my microwave looks like it was never been used because I don't get the chance to enjoy it!!!!!! I feel I was given a dut and now just paying every month for a dut, I feel that best home and electric Pongola had to replace my microwave the first time, Wich they didn't!!!!!!!!!! ( I am a loyal customer and the other employees are very helpful)And I also have a daughter that had a VP 2 way shunt operation because she had BIH ,my daughter can't eat cold food and neither is it fair to my youngest daughter ( I told the employee over the phone and showed the employee that my daughter had a VP 2 way Shunt operation) , this was not handled correctly the first time and I my microwave should have been replaced the first time.
