Home and best electric bad service and attitude

I have never been so stressed by the service and the attitude of Alberton home and best electric,the store manager Sibusiso treats people as if we some kind of trash,I honestly question myself that such a big company can not train their manager and stuff to handle a complains,I had to call or visit the store almost every day and I could tell they were irritated,the washing machine was fetched but I haven't received my money back or been updated I guess I have to do the follow up again,that manager Sibusiso lies shame,I have never met an *********** pathological lier like Sibusiso,I would like to advise everyone not to go to home and best electric in Alberton as they treat you nice when they want to make a sale afterwards you treated like trash,in many occasions that I was there they will be other customers in store complaining the other time this old lady was in tears. The store must just close down
