Harassing staff members

Whatever you do never ever take furniture on credit at this store. I have never seen such abusive people in my life especially the ones at Dobsonville store. They first reduced my payments with R1000 as I was struggling to pay when I lost my job I kept on paying successfully thereafter they kept harassing me for more money. I had to even sc**** bits and pieces of more money to pay them. I eventually increased the debit order amount after few months since I can afford again, now they keep harassing me saying the payment isn't reflecting, they literally come to my house with the van wanting to repossess my furniture that I pay for every month. I don't know if this is ethical as this is truly abusive, how could you visit people every month to check their payments. They even so rude they can't even speak in a professional manner. This is the worst store I have ever seen shem, it's so ridiculous and people should know about this as they don't treat customers fairly.

Now I want to gather up enough money to settle this account and go to the store and tell people not to buy at the store. I should actually start a petition with regards to this because people complain about this furniture store but don't get joy from anyone.
