Get your best home and electric in order

I wrote on hello Peter about best home and electric around 16 march 2022 ,it was in connection with defective fridge .I received a call yesterday from a guy by the name of Bongani claiming he works for defy.i am supprised that the guy is calling me about the fridge which was replaced so its clear there is no communication between defy and best home & electric .i wonder if they cant make proper arrangement between themselves where we stand as customers
