Fridge faulty

I have a complaint regarding Best Home & Electric of Paledi Mall I bought the KIC fridge and is leaking gas and is still under guarantee so I went to the store to inform them they went on the system and I was given a paper and I was just told they someone will to fix it now explanations on when is going to be fixed after few day I went again to ask when the fridge will be fixed I was told that they will call me I went to the store again today they are telling me about 21 days I need my fridge working please I can't wait for 21 days is already 10 day now because I reported it on the 03.09.2020.
