Forged Contract - Best Electric Lewis Stores Brakpan

I purchased a fridge from Best Electric on the 12th of January 2016 over the phone, on the 13th of January I received persistant calls and was harrassed as they wanted to deliver the fridge. I told them that I am at work but should they be so eager to deliver the fridge my mother Mrs. Liezel Nolte will sign for the delivery as she was home at that day. I never signed nor heard anything from them again only received post reflecting with ridiculous amounts. Numerous phone calls were made to sort out the confusion I had regarding these cost but could never be resolved. In August 2016 I got retrenched from Quicksure in Brakpan I worked for. My mother stood in for my debts, still it was hindering me where all these costs came from as I never saw any agreement they so alleged I have over the phone. As mentioned before numerously I tried to bring my point over on the phone when they will call me. I got sick and tired of them not understanding me and making allegations I knew I wasn't guilty of. On the 21st February 2017 I made my way to the store in Brakpan to try and resolve this confusion. The Branch Manager Pumulani then advised me once again of this signed legal credit agreement between myself and Best Electric. I then demanded a copy of this signed agreement which she was happy and freely able to hand to me. It came as a huge shock as I realized that my signature was forged on the credit agreement and the signature was not mine. The only paperwork I had in my possesion was the delivery slip signed from my mother on the 13th January 2016. The branch manager couldn't advice me as according to her she didnt have the propper trainging and requested I make contact with head office and that the branch manager that was managing the shop in January 2016 was also not employed with Best Electric brakpan any longer. I was livid because I am still young and being retrenched and not having an income I try to maintain a positive credit score at all times. I then seeked legal advice regarding this becuase trying to make contact with head office is a useless case. The Legal representative looked at the contract and not just picked up the ********** signature but also picked up that i was and still is covered for "Loss of Employment" and I pay a monthly fee of R88.89 on my Lewis account nr: 0 ********** 05-01n every month. I can not believe this and I was very unhappy with the response I received from the Branch manager, who couldnt even advice me of this benefit. I could've been released from this debt in August 2016 all ready when I got retrenched from Quicksure. I am now laying a formal complaint and will also log one with the National credit act as well as the consumer protection act as well as apply for this debt to be written off in good faith due to the "loss of employment" benefit I have on this policy regarding the ***** on the contract I would also request ALL money being paid to this account must be refunded as I was never informed and this is non disclosure of hidden costs and fees. Acording to Pumlani a R6000 fridge is now after a year amounting to over R12 000. It is ridiculous and i am still a young adult trying to make a name out there in the credit world. But with this type of ***** I want and Need answers ASAP.
