Fed up of paying for something that breaks all the time

Hi... I bought a washing machine last year October /November at best electric in Gatesville Athlone... Two weeks ago my machine broke for the 4th time... I called to tell them that the same thing has broken for the 4th time... I am so tired of paying for something that I can't even use cos it keeps on breaking... I called them the 17th September n I was in that week also in store to tell what has happened to the machine and up until today I haven't heard nothing of them... Never will I buy from them ever again because of thr bad service
