3 weeks now waiting for them to come out and exchange my broken washing machine!!! All awnser i get is 5-7 days.. this is unceptable. Benoni branch is the wors lewis group just give you ref and nothing seems to be done...

13 Nov 2024, 08:17I have emailed lewis costumer care .. ask them im tired of doing your jobs for you. I mail them at least once a day as you guys keep on saying everything has to go thru head office.
