False advertising:Why sell something you do not have in stock!!!

I app**** for credit at best electric, selected the items I wanted which was 2 beds and a frigde, the transaction was processed and I paid the deposit that was due.

Delivery was made on 02 March 2024 and the fridge was not included, after endless follow up I was told the fridge I selected is out of stock and I should take another fridge of which the ones in store are expensive so I should pay the difference or take the a smaller fridge that is totally different from what I selected.

I'm not happy with the service I got as a 1st time buyer at best electric, why sell something you do not have in stock
