Failure to assist

I wrote a review about a week ago. About being discriminated in Kempton park branch. Wrote a complaint to their head office then I decided to go-to the branch to speak to the manager only to find out the same manager is the one who told me I can't get a loan because I am temp disability .if was permanent or Sassa They would. Head office escalated the matter to the same person who told me off. I was infuriated .how can the same person investigate herself
