EMPTY PROMISES AND BAD SERVICE

I'm very disappointed with the services that I have been receiving from Best Electric Oudtshoorn Branch. I have bought a set of Couches in October 2021 from them and on 30 December I informed the sales consultant that one of the couches is sinking in when one sits, and then she mentioned that they will be able to deal with it after the 15th January 2022 as the Complaints Offices are still closed. On the 25 of each month, the store will call and ask about the debit order whether has gone off and promise that they will send someone to come and look at it but now it has been 2 months since my complaint and now all the couches are having the same problem of sinking in. I am really disappointed and tired of their empty promises
