Empty promises

I purchased two sleeper couches from Best Home and Electric in April 2012. In November of 2012, one of the legs of one of the couches broke, few months down the line the other leg of the same couch broke. I reported it to Best whose response was that they would repair these legs. This did not happen. The second sleeper couch, the same occurred , this now indicating that these couches were of poor quality. The cost of these couches being R2999.00 each. The couches have completely fallen a part, the back rest has broken , as well as the seating which is completely broken and the frames of these couches has also collapsed .One can no longer make use of it. The couches are standing on bricks. I have great disappointment in the quality of these couches . Best Home and Electric has promised to repair the couches but to no avail .All I request is that the couches be fixed by Best Home and Electric.
